Unless otherwise stated any who contact the Trust via electronic, hard copy or telephonic methods permit the Jubilant Trust to hold the personal information submitted for the purposes of hiring the Jubilant for events or conducting outings.
These new GDPR provisions are included in the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) which contain specific requirements to which the Jubilant Trust must conform, in relation to electronic and hard copy personal data.
Where details of the people involved in such a hire, or in the case of third party organisations such as the Scouting Organisation being regular users, we must assume they have positive consent from each of their young beneficiaries' parents that you the hirer are responsible for, to holding individual personal information (data) for the purposes of making the hire or conducting an outing.
Unless otherwise advised we assume the consent of all the members of our regular volunteer crew, and those purposely trained for the instruction of novices and amateur rowers on behalf of the Jubilant Trust to hold and process their personal data.
